We pass on true wholesale prices to our customers, which includes wholesale energy costs, hedging costs, network charges (per kWh and per day), metering costs, environmental costs, and carbon offset costs. The usage price in these documents is the estimate maximum average price we would ever pass through over a calendar year for a customer (assuming network tariff: Flat/Anytime), and is based on Amber's Annual Bill Guarantee rate.
