Price cap to protect you when wholesale price increases
We pass through the wholesale prices directly to you. Over the course of a year, this is typically significantly cheaper than the Default Market Offer. If not, our bill guarantee means you'll never pay more than the DMO (or VDO in Vic) or we'll credit you the difference.
We make $0 off your energy usage
Unlike other energy retailers, Amber makes exactly $0 on your energy usage. We're so committed to our mission that the $15 subscription fee is our only profit for running the business.
