Price cap to protect you when wholesale price increases
We pass through the wholesale prices directly to you. Over the course of a year, this is typically significantly cheaper than the Default Market Offer. If not, our bill guarantee means you'll never pay more than the DMO (or VDO in Vic) or we'll credit you the difference.
